WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO MR. CHEEKS?

I was sitting here wondering what happen to Mr. Cheeks. He haven't had an album out in 4 years. His only solo notable album was John P. KELLY which had the hit song Lights, Camera, Action on it. He did appear on Lil Kim's hit single "The Jump off". However he has vanished ever since!

I remember seeing Mr. Cheeks about 2 years ago in Time Square standing in front of Mc Donald's looking stupid! Seemly waiting for attention and I swear only like 1 person came by and said "Hey aren't you Mr Cheeks..The Rapper?". BELOW IS AN RECENT PIC OF MR. CHEEKS!
