WHAT IN THE HELL!
A Houston-area state district judge has granted a Temporary Restraining Order against hip hop / rap record label owner and entrepreneur James Prince a/k/a J. Prince as requested by record executive Ronnie Bookman. The order follows a lawsuit launched by Bookman that alleges James Prince coordinated an attack on him resulting in a vicious beating he received at the hands and feet of several men at a Houston recreation center gym.
In finding that "imminent and irreparable injury will result in the absence of injunctive relief," presiding judge Patricia Hancock ordered hip hop entrepreneur Prince to avoid coming within 500 feet of Bookman's home or place of business.
In the lawsuit, Bookman alleges that he was beaten at the direction of J. Prince at Prince's Fresh Recreation Center Gym in Houston after being lured to the gym for a supposed business meeting with Prince. The business meeting was ostensibly about Bookman receiving clearances from Prince for a Rap-A-Lot artist to perform on a single from the new CD by Bookman's first artist on his fledgling music label, 7303 Records.
J. PRINCE HAS BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS BUT DAMN BEHAVE!
