Remy Ma has turned herself in to face charges of attempted murder after allegedly shooting a woman outside a New York City bar early Saturday (July 14) morning.

She has been charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Sources tell DrewReports Remy Ma, whose real name is Remy Smith, allegedly blasted a female acquaintance with a bullet when a verbal spat turned violent after they left a trendy nightspot early Saturday (July 14).

Police said the two were riding in a caravan of three cars after leaving the Pizza Bar shortly before 4 a.m. The bar in Manhattan's Meatpacking District is known for late-night slices and a psychedelic look.

The women exchanged words in a dispute over $2,000, and the gunfire erupted about a block away from the bar, police said.

The 23-year-old victim was in stable condition Saturday morning at St. Vincent's Hospital, police said.
