Sean "Diddy" Combs is searching for a new assistant and he's using YouTube to help him find one. In a video released Wednesday, Diddy provided information on his search.

"If you feel you can be my assistant, I wanna know why you should be my personal assistant," Diddy says in the recorded video. "What better job than that to have me scream at you, go crazy, keep you up late hours, have you sleep deprived... if this job interests you, upload your video interview why you should be my assistant."

To be considered, applicants can upload their 3-minute or less video saying why they should be Diddy's assistant to http://www.youtube.com/Group/DiddyAssistant with the tags "Diddy assistant".
