During the stop, Kim interacted with fans and signed autographs.It was not revealed whether Kim was issued a ticket for not having plates or a driver's license with her.In a similar instance last year 50 Cent was also stopped by NYPD officers and arrested for driving his lamborghini erratically. After being stopped, cops issued him four traffic tickets for making an unsafe lane change, having no plates, driving without insurance, and having an expired license.
