T.I. HIRES POWERFUL LEGAL STAFF FOR TOMORROW'S BATTLE IN COURT!
As he prepares for his bond hearing tomorrow (Oct. 18), T.I. has hired additional lawyers creating an all-star legal team.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, in addition to his original lawyers Steve Sadow and Dwight Thomas, T.I. has also added high powered attorney's Ed Garland and Don Samuel to the defense team.

“[Sadow] and I have known each other a very long time, and both my partner [Samuel] and I have worked together with him on many cases,” Garland told the AJC.

Garland previously defended NFL linebacker Ray Lewis who beat a murder charge in 2000 after pleading out to a misdemeanor charge.

T.I. was indicted on three federal charges Wednesday (October 16) and charged with possessing unregistered machine guns and silencers, unlawfully possessing machine guns and being a convicted felon in possession of firearms.

Many feel it is unlikely T.I. will receive bond on Friday as he has a prior crack cocaine felony conviction. The AJC reports that Federal prosecutors want to keep T.I. locked up until his trial date which is several months away.
