T.I. ASKS THE JUDGE TO ALLOWED HIM TO HOST A THANKSGIVING DINNER!

As he awaits trial on federal weapons charges, T.I. is requesting a judge allow him to host a Thanksgiving dinner at his Jonesboro home.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, T.I. is requesting that he be allowed to host a Thanksgiving dinner from 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and only for a group of visitors whose names he has submitted for approval.

T.I. filed the motion Tuesday (Nov . 6) along with an additional request asking that cleaners be allowed to come in and care for his yard, pool and home.

As per his bond conditions, Judge Alan Baverman has said that the rapper is only allowed three pre-approved visitors at a time.

Should Judge Baverman approve the conditions, T.I. would need to pay for additional guards for the dinner and he would only be able to serve non alcoholic beverages.

Dwight Thomas, one of T.I.'s three lawyers talked to the Atlanta Journal Constitution about the rapper's mindstate while on house arrest.

"He's doing fine. He's very upbeat. He's looking forward to his day in court."

T.I. was arrested Oct. 13 after allegedly trying to buy three machine guns and two silencers in an Atlanta area Walgreen's parking lot.
