T.I. LAWYERS WAS ASKING FOR TROUBLE!!!

In a court document filed Monday (Nov. 26), it was revealed that prosecutors plan to use T.I.'s prior firearms violations against him.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, prosecutors filed a notice in U.S. District Court in Atlanta stating it plans to introduce evidence of three prior occasions where T.I. unlawfully possessed guns, ammunition and a silencer, "all after having been convicted of a felony offense."

T.I., who is currently awaiting trial on federal weapons charges, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2001 with a 9mm pistol on his possession. He also gave a false name at the time of arrest. There was no criminal conviction as a result of the arrest.

The other two incidents took place Nov. 1, 2002 and Dec. 18, 2004. In the first incident, T.I. was arrested and convicted of carrying a 10 mm pistol. In the second incident, T.I.'s home was raided and officers found a firearm with an attached silencer, ammunition and photos of T.I. holding weapons however the incident did not result in a criminal conviction.

Reports state that T.I.'s felony record can be traced back to the age of 17 when he was arrested for selling crack. He was sentenced to seven years probation but eventually violated the order which resulted in jail time.
