Da Brat has been arrested following an altercation at Atlanta's Studio 72 nightclub.

According to WSBTV.COM, Da Brat was arrested early this morning (Nov. 1) after she allegedly smashed a bottle into the face of a waitress at Atlanta's Studio 72 nightclub.

Reports say the incident followed a verbal argument between Da Brat and the waitress.

The victim was taken to a local area hospital with cuts on her face and above her eye.

Da Brat is currently being held at DeKalb County jail. She faces felony aggravated assault charges.

Studio 72 is owned by Jermaine Dupri, a long-time collaborator of Da Brat.

Jeweler to the stars of Hip-Hop, 'Jacob The Jeweler', has pleaded guilty to charges of falsifying records and giving false statements to investigators.

According to the Associated Press, Jacob The Jeweler (Real name: Jacob Arabov) plead guilty yesterday (Oct. 31) on charges of falsifying records and giving false statements to authorities in respect to an investigation into allegations of laundering $270 million in drug profits for the notorious "Black Mafia Family"

Under terms of the plea deal, Arabov will face up to 46 months in prison and pay a $2 million fine. Prosecutors agreed to drop the money laundering charges against Arabov.

"I realize I have made a terrible mistake and I accept the consequences of my actions," Arabov said in a news release issued through Brafman.
