R KELLY HAS BEEN SLAMMED WITH ANOTHER LAWSUIT!

According to TMZ, R. Kelly is being sued by a concert promoter who alleges Kelly agreed to perform at the Target Center in Minneapolis on Dec. 6th 2007 but moved the date to Dec. 20th and failed to show.

Published reports are suggesting that Royalty Records paid Rowe Entertainment $120,000 to secure Kelly’s performance on the “Double Up” tour that also featured appearances by Keyshia Cole, Ne-Yo (who was removed from the tour almost immediately amidst much controversy) and J-Holiday.

R. Kelly is alleged to have moved the concert date from Dec. 6th 2007 to Dec. 20th 2007 but then failed to show on the 20th.

Royalty Records is asking for a $120,000 appearance fee plus unspecified damages.
