ALICIA KEYS RECLAIMS THE NUMBER 1 SPOT!

Despite a continued decrease in sales, Alicia Keys' "As I Am" returns to the top of The Billboard 200 this week, rebounding 2-1. The J Records effort moved 70,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan, a 38% sales slip from the week previous. It topped the chart, too, when it debuted nine weeks ago.

Mary J. Blige's "Growing Pains" (Geffen) descends 3-4 with 64,000, a 28% decrease, while Taylor Swift's self-titled Big Machine album holds tight at No. 5 in its 64th week on the chart with 35,000 (-26%). The multi-label "NOW 26" hits collection falls 4-6 with 33,000 (-39%).

Moving 30,000 units, Chris Brown's "Exclusive" (Jive) dips 6-7 with a 27% sales hit.

FAT JOE GOES GANGSTER ON ELEPHANT

"'Elephant in the Room' is a gangster rap album - rap being the room and the elephant being me. Fat Joe's been doing it for 15 years and he still doesn't get his just due."

That's what the Bronx-bred rapper had to say about his upcoming release, and his description is accurate. Due March 11 via Imperial, "Elephant" features songs about bodies washing up in the Bronx River ("Kill All Rats") and what type of retribution to expect if you cross Fat Joe ("I am a professional / I will cut your testicles," he promises on "300 Brolic").

Producers on the set include Cool and Dre, Danja Handz, Scott Storch, DJ Premier and Swizz Beatz. Plies, J. Holiday, Pooh Bear, Beatz and DJ Khaled make guest appearances.

Still, not all is grim on the set. The Holiday-assisted "I Won't Tell," which is currently No. 12 on the Hot Rap Tracks chart, is Joe's dedication to his female fanbase and the sirens-laden "Drop," produced by Beatz, is a song appropriate for any club or party.

Other standout tracks include the Premier-produced, scratch-filled "Thank God For That White," the bass-heavy "Preacher on a Sunday Morning" and "Fugitive," on which Joe rhymes, "N*gga, bitch, hoe / some chicks is bitches, some chicks is hoes ... Now who gonna tell me I can't say n*gga?"
