Los Angeles city officials have requested that 200 members of the Mob Piru street gang along with Suge Knight be banned from Compton.
KVUE reports that the Death Row co-founder was one of 200 people that officials alleged to be members of the Mob Piru street gang. Officials have requested that the 200 people be banned from congregating, carrying guns, drinking alcohol in public or staying out past 10 p.m.
Suge Knight responded by calling the request a "publicity stunt."
"This is crazy," Knight told the Los Angeles Times in Thursday's editions. "I'm a 42-year-old businessman, not a gang member. I don't even live in Compton anymore."
A hearing on the matter has been scheduled for today (Jan. 24).
According to reports, soccer star David Beckham will drop a guest Rap on an up-coming track by Snoop Dogg.
A source tells Angry Ape that after Beckham and Snoop recently collaborated on a line of slippers, Beckham agreed to give it a shot.
The source says: "Snoop thought it'd be a laugh and David is going to give it a real go. They are huge names so the song's bound to be a hit - even if it's no good."
Beckham also recently appeared on Snoop Dogg's reality show "Father Hood."
