TMZ just caught up with Shaniqua Tompkins as she got back to her house -- or what's left of it after this morning's big blaze -- and 50 Cent's ex-shawty went OFF!
As Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of 50 Cent's son Marquise, returned to the burned down home after she was hospitolized from the fire, she spoke with reporters. Tompkins made many statements to the press. When a reporter asked her if she thinks 50 could have done something like setting the fire, she said "yes I think he would, he's obsessed and if he can't have something, no one can." Shaniqua went on to say that 50 said he was going to have someone come kill her and to 'watch what he does'. Tomkins went on to say that 50 has made no attempt to see how his son is after the fire.
Tomkins told TMZ that she heard "someone" come into the house this morning at 4 AM, shortly before the fire broke out around an hour later. Her lawyer, Paul Catsandonis, said that his client is "traumatized" by the fire and that the kids are similarly in total shock. Six people, including Tompkins and their 10-year-old son Marquise, were in the house. They all were transported to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.
Update 4:10 PM EST
50 Cent's lawyer Brett Kimmel released the following statement to TMZ:
"Any suggestion that Mr. Jackson had anything whatsoever to do with the fire at his home is outrageous and offensive."
Shaniqua Tompkins, Fiddy's baby mama, went NUTS this morning, suggesting the rapper had something to do with the blaze.

A raging inferno broke out at a house owned by 50 Cent early this morning, and the local fire department tells us the fire is "highly suspicious".
The fire broke out at the six bedroom, five bath house in Dix Hills, NY around 5:00 AM. Six people, including the rapper's ex Shaniqua Tompkins and their 10-year-old son Marquise, were in the house. They all were transported to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.
The Chief of the Dix Hills Fire Department tells TMZ that dogs are currently searching the burned out rubble, as the intensity of the fire made it highly suspect. The Chief says they're searching for what substance possibly could have been used as an igniter.
The house has been the subject of a bitter dispute between Fiddy, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, and Tompkins. The rapper reportedly bought the home -- one of the biggest cribs in the area -- for a cool $2.4 mil in January 2007. Last month he tried to evict Tompkins and Marquise from the house, demanding she pay him $4,500 a month in rent.
Story developing ...
UPDATE 10:25 AM ET: Suffolk Police tell us they received a call at 5 AM. An off-duty police officer was driving by and stopped to help rescue the victims inside the house. We're told injuries to all six victims -- including Tompkins -- are non-life threatening and they have been treated and released from the hospital. While they are currently investigating the fire's cause, we're told 50 Cent is not a suspect at this point.
UPDATE 11:35 AM ET:
TMZ has learned that earlier this week, the flames already were flying between 50 Cent and his baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins, even before the fire that burned his house down last night.
A source tells TMZ that at the end of a long day of depositions, things got very heated at Tompkins' lawyer's office and that someone in Fiddy's entourage went nuts and "trashed" the office. That led to a police report being filed and the action spilled out onto the streets of lower Manhattan.
What's more, when Tompkins was deposed yesterday, the session had to be held at State Supreme Court for security reasons.
UPDATE 12:12 ET:
We got hold of a wild video of 50 Cent and the mother of his son Shaniqua Tompkins arguing in the streets of NYC Monday afternoon. The two are screaming and cursing at each other in public ... things get so heated Fiddy had to be held back! Click HERE to peep it!
This fight was triggered just after Fiddy and his ex were at a deposition -- the lawyer's office had just been trashed.
The former couple has been in a bitter battle after Fiddy tried to throw Tompkins out of the house he owns. The court sided with 50 in April, and Shaniqua was given until the end of the school year to pack up.
UPDATE 12:54 PM ET:
50 Cent is fired up! His rep issued the following statement to us about the fire at his Long Island home earlier this morning:
"Informed this morning while filming a new motion picture on location in Louisiana, Curtis Jackson expressed deep concern over this fire at his property. He is extremely thankful that everyone including his son, Marquise, escaped the burning house safely. He is confident that authorities will be conducting a thorough investigation of the incident and is eager to review their findings."

Last night, DrewReports.com and other media outlets were invited to Nas's "Be A Nigger Too" screening. I could not personally make it but here is a recap on what happen if you care: At the Tribeca Grand Hotel in New York City on Thursday night, journalists and members of the media anxiously gathered to watch the world premiere of Nas’ controversial video for "Be A Nigger Too" off his forthcoming untitled album. Before heading into the intimate screening room, the attendees mingled as a DJ blasted classic Nas tracks from behind a gallery of posterboards touting images of lynch victims and Martin Luther King Jr.’s arrest. Once inside, the crowd, consisting of radio personalities as well as rappers Consequence and Fabolous, kicked back in the plush leather couches and clutched their wine glasses tight as video director Rik Cordero and Escobar introduced the highly anticipated clip. The video, which Cordero said was inspired by Spike Lee’s racially charged film 25th Hour, featured only one repeating shot of Nasir rapping in front of a mirror with the word “Nigger” scrawled across it. The clip featured lingering shots of celebrities and personalities like Andre Royal, Seth Abrams, and John Cho, all of whom appeared as Nas doled out epithets “spic,” “kike,” and “chink.” Perhaps even more controversial was its interlude depicting a slave master pointing a gun at a child, followed by the hanging of another slave and a shot of a white man taking off his Klan hood. “Be a Nigger Too” ended with Nas saying, “Fuck you Nas, you threw it all away,” imitating those who criticized him for confronting racism through this medium and bringing it into the forefront of public consciousness at this time. Nasty Nas ended the evening with a Q&A session, discussing how Al Sharpton and Bill Cosby “make money off my shit” by “getting paid to stop it.” With these kind of conspiracy theories being addressed, fans expectations can only be heightened as the July 1st release of his ninth album draws near.

The prosecution’s most recent witness, a forensic video analyst, has R. Kelly shook: “It would take someone 44 years — working nonstop, 24/7, 365 days a year — to be able to fake the sex tape at the heart of R. Kelly’s child-pornography trial, a forensic video analyst testified Thursday. Defense attorney Sam Adam Jr. had practically equated a mole on Kelly’s back — which he said couldn’t be seen in the sex tape — to O.J. Simpson’s glove in his opening argument, essentially saying that if you don’t see the mole, it must not be Kelly. So when Fredericks showed how a spot on the male’s back was in fact visible in a half-second’s worth of footage once the tape was slowed down, the proverbial glove fit. ‘It’s in the exact same position, at about the same size,’ Fredericks said, pointing to a video display.” When asked if the tape had been digitally altered, the witness replied: “It could be done, but it wasn’t done on that tape,” R. Kelly is in major trouble!

It isn't all good news for Lil Wayne today. According to TMZ, singer Karma Ann Swanepoel filed a lawsuit in Louisiana saying Weezy used her song "Once" to make his track called "I Feel Like Dying." Lil Wayne's 'Dying' has a sped-up sample while Karma's "Once" is a folk ballad. The singer is claiming that Weezy's label had been trying to reach an agreement with her to use the track but Weezy has had it on his MySpace page along with using it on mixtapes.
In other news, Lil Wayne will be acting in a new film called 'The Patriots' with Forest Whitaker and recently it was announced that he will also star in the next installment of The Fast And The Furious series. The 3rd part of the 'Countdown To Tha Carter III' was released yesterday as Wayne prepares to perform on "The BET Awards" next month (airing June 24th). Tha Carter III hits stores on June 10.
