Yup, that means that Miss Jones is out.
Every morning now (starting in a few week), from 7am - 10am, you’ll be able to tune in and check out Big Boy along with MTV Entertainment reporter Luscious Liz, Tattoo and the whole neighborhood.
Ebro Darden, HOT 97’s Program Director, says “Big Boy has an unmatched reputation for being entertaining…he also has great relationships with artists. Putting Big Boy on HOT 97 in New York City helps keep the high standard of radio happening for us.”
As for the current “host” of the morning show, Miss Jones, she’ll be exiting next week to allow her enough airtime to say farewell to her listeners.
The new and much improved show with Big Boy will start on HOT 97 as early as July 21st.

Big news for all of New York City! One of our favorite radio stations in the Big Apple, Hot 97, has just announced that they are adding the Big Boy in the Morning nationally syndicated radio show to their morning lineup.
Wendy Williams is probably going to clown her on Monday and rightfully sole!

First and foremost her show was entertaining, which is the aim of drive time morning radio. She is also a collage graduate, an alumni of Syracuse University an happens to be very intelligent, unlike how people and some entertainers are portraying her. She road that station in to high ratings and it will be a shame that she is gone. I personally will stop listening as I choose to support a program that caters to NY and not a syndicated program from LA. Best wishes to Tarsha, and when one door closes, several open up.

What most new york hip hop negroes may not have been playing attention to is how she ripped and raped her whole program format and content as well as trying to gain from downing others and drawing them into conflict. Do i need to explian? ok personality/gossip.. wendy williams, phonetap z100 elvis duran…comedy , opie and anthony…till she pulled the tsunami skit that she WAS involved with but tried to deny..precipitated beefs…celebrities-gee do i have te time and room…radio…Star who she owes a carreer to and Wendy Williams…who she tried to bandwagon after an intern made claims…her timing was kinda odd wasnt it…as well as the fact that she survived so many beefs but is now jobless…Hmmmmm
