Rick Ross will be in a Miami courtroom to answer charges that he failed to pay child support (again) for his son 3-year old William Leonard Roberts, III. The ex-correctional officer will appear in person at Broward County courthouse this morning. The court house is located at 201 S.E. 6th St. Fort.Lauderdale, Fl. 33301. The hearing starts @ 8:45 a.m sharp in room # 997 presided over by Judge Susan Greenhawt. Despite Ross’ claims that he supports his son and pays his medical bills, the boy’s mother Tiallondra Nicole Kemp says Ross, real name William Leonard Roberts, fell behind on his child support checks again. According to court documents, Ross has a history of domestic violence abuse against Kemp.
