Rihanna are Chris back together, PEOPLE has learned exclusively. The pair have reunited almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the “Umbrella” singer on Feb. 8, a source tells PEOPLE. “They’re together again. They care for each other,” says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’s homes, on Miami Beach’s Star Island. Adds the source: “While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves.” In its latest issue, PEOPLE reports that Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. “He called to wish her happy birthday,” a source told the magazine. “They’ve reached out to each other. It’s been mutual.” Brown was booked by LAPD for making criminal threats but the case has not yet been presented to the District Attorney, who will ultimately determine which charges, if any, will be prosecuted.

” During an interview with Blender Magazine, 50 Cent revealed why Eminem gained weight last year. “You know why he got fat? Because of me, because of my cross-over” 50 joked saying he beat Em playing basketball. “He hurt his knee so he had to chill and couldn’t run around so much so he gained weight.” “He was working with the Detroit Pistons coach to get his leg back together” 50 says, “He’s back in shape. He’s looking good, he’s going to get the girls. I told him I get the girls, you get in the house.” It wasn’t all jokes though, 50 gave up some info on both his and Eminem’s albums saying “I’m supposed to go meet with him and Dre and work in Las Vegas to finish up my record” 50 continued saying “His is almost done, so he’s going to come out first then I will come out behind him.”

Rick Ross isn’t the only artist 50 Cent took aim at in his “Officer Ricky” cartoon series. In Episode 3, Officer Ricky is shown arresting T.I., poking fun at his 2007 arrest for weapons possession. Although TIP says “I haven’t seen it,” T.I. makes it clear he’s aware of what is going on. “We all know his intentions, we all know his motives. We’ve seen this too many times before. You know, I play chess, not checkers, you dig? I ain’t even trippin’ off of that. At the end of the day, I’m more worried or concerned about what a man says to me or what a man does to me, not what he says or does in the eyes of the public.” This isn’t the only time 50 has taken shots at T.I. In the song “You So Tough” from G-Unit’s last album, Terminate On Sight, 50 hinted that the “King of the South” had snitched in order to retain a lighter jail sentence rapping “How do you explain how homey breeeze /They said keep ya mouth shut or you eatin’ the cheese.” As T.I. did with that song, TIP is blowing off the recent attempts to hit his rep saying “I’m a real dude, a stand up guy with integrity, respect, morals, standards, [and] principles, and anything outside of that I ain’t got nothing to do with.

Kanye West’s special on VH1 will air tomorrow night (2/28) and Kanye giving his thoughts on today’s hottest topics in the media. Kanye talks about Radiohead singer Thom Yorke snubbing him backstage at the Grammy Awards and even talked about Michael Phelps recent headlines saying “I know I make mistakes in life..Michael Phelps, amazing … He’s a real f*ckin’ person; he makes mistakes.” Not all of Kanye’s comments will make the show, as VH1 decided to cut out anything that might cause headlines. R&B/Pop chart-topping singer Beyonce says she’s not retiring anytime soon ! “I will never retire. I love it way to much,” Beyonce shares with Ebony. “I’ve worked so hard on my craft and I will never stop.” According to the singer’s sit down with Ebony for its April issue, Beyonce seems fully aware that she’s stepping over an earlier comment that she’d retire to have children in her 20s. In related news, Beyonce, who is plotting a world tour, taking place spring/summer, says she works so hard that she’s very relaxed at home. “I’m a little messy. Whenever I’m out in public, I have to be put together.” “When I get home, I rebel against it and I don’t want to take care of anything. Khaled, all of ‘em.” [watch here] 50 continued “I’ll go be the president of Def Jam. I have great executive skills.” 50 addressed the issue of doing video blogs saying hip hop is changing. “The #1 video on BET I believe is being played 6 times a week so we’re spending a million dollars on that, for what? As we reported yesterday, news recently broke that DMX allegedly assaulted a correctional officer and could face aggravated assault charges that could result in the rapper spending 8 additional years in prison. Now DMX is speaking out, or should we say Earl Simmons is? “Many of you know me as DMX but right now I am speaking to you as Earl Simmons,” Earl said in a statement, “For the record, I want to state ‘I Did Not’ physically touch or hit an officer. This is just another attempt to destroy my credibility.” County Sheriff Joe Arpaino saays that DMX did infact react violently towards a corrections officer after being told he could not have a meal he took from a serving tray. Arpaio says DMX threw the tray and its contents at the officer and has been on bread and water diet as punishment ever since.

T.I. caught a bad break yesterday when an Atlanta judge increased his child support payments to his ex-girlfriend LaShon Dixon. TIP will nw have to pay Dixon, the mother of his two sons (7 and 9), $5,000 a month instead of the $3,000 the two agreed upon back in November. TIP will also have to pay the medical bills and half of the expenses for the boys’ extracurricular activities. In related news, T.I. has been completing his court ordered community service by talking to the local youth about the importance of staying in school and out of trouble. In a new video TIP can be seen talking to the teenagers about the dangers of life.
