Nick Cannon may be baby-talking with Mariah Carey at home, but publicly, he’s keeping things private. “Everyone wants to know!” he laughed to us about the million-dollar question: Why were he and Mariah seen leaving an IVF clinic on Easter? But Cannon, DJ-ing at Vibe’s “Notorious” DVD release party, wouldn’t budge. “I tell people to just relax,” he said. “Give my wife the respect she needs, the respect you’d give any woman. You don’t just go around saying, ‘Yeah, she’s pregnant.’ How disrespectful is that?” Cannon added that he and Mimi have finally purchased L.A. digs. “Yes, we bought a house in L.A, but it’s not the billion-dollar one everyone thinks,” he said. “People just make stuff up.”
