We reported yesterday there were rumors that Diddy was leaving Warner Music Group to join Interscope Records, well now it’s been confirmed. The new deal will include Diddys future solo albums plus a joint venture with his Bad Boy label. “I had started some previous business relationships with Jimmy Iovine. OK, we get it: T-Pain really has no problem with Jay-Z. The Auto-Tune star took aim at the legendary MC earlier this month while DJ’ing in Las Vegas, rebelling against the rapper’s hit “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)” in an explicit tirade. A day later, though, he backed away from his comments during a radio interview, claiming he’d just been trying to get clarification from Jay-Z about whether the song was about him or not. Rapper Jay-Z recently appeared on Angie (Groupie with a Microphone) Martinez’ Hot 97 show, where he revealed the Armand de Brignac (Ace of Spades) champagne he endorses was ranked #1 in the world after taste tests. Pearl Jam’s latest bumped Blueprint 3 as it’s within 100,000 units of a platinum plaque, making it just the third Rap album to do so this year. Yesterday, Mariah Carey Appears At Macy’s To Promote Her New Fragrance “Forever” took place at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City, NY.
Mariah’s new album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel is instores now. I actually got a chance to listen to the album before it hit stores yesterday and I was honestly surprised! The album is very expectional. I am just puzzled on the singles selection that LA Reid and her choose which is why this album is not receving the proper buzz.
