Kid Cudi has officially stopped smoking weed and he wants the world to know it. And no, this isn’t an April Fools joke.
The G.O.O.D. Music rapper posted a new blog entry on his Tumblr site on Friday (April 1), announcing that he has shed his drug habits in favor of focusing on his work.
“This is not a joke. I know most of you wanna see me all drugged out and f—ed up and i know misery loves company, but im sorry those days are over [sic],” he wrote. “I had a good run, Amsterdam and all. Im happy being sober. Im happy being a new me.”
It’s not about seeing you drugged out, it’s about what your music was saying. I don’t care if your sober or trippin’ on shrooms. If i can sit at my computer, smoke a blunt, and feel your music, and know what your talkin’ about. Dream on or… Always dream on cudder.
