With reports saying that his new “Before I Self Destruct” album will only push around 160,000 units in it’s first week of sales, 50 Cent is now talking about the potential of one of his albums not doing well. “With the actual outcome of the project, once the record leaks from the international plant, what more can I do,” 50 explained. “I can’t, I held the record long enough to get it to them, to mix and master it and for them to ship it and then it leaks from the plant internationally, I’m like come on, then that’s it. They lost the ball. You know what I mean, if the numbers look funny to me, it’s they fault.” In another interview, 50 talked about the new reports coming out, and event hinted that the album that came out isn’t the one he wanted. “I don’t actually know what to anticipate from the actual sales of this project,” 50 said, “It’s obvious, the project just came out a month earlier than what was actually anticipated. The actual project is arguably my best work, to have the general public respond the way they’ve responded to it.” 50 finished by saying he thinks he made the right choices. “I haven’t heard anything negative about my choices artistically, so if I was in the space where I absolutely needed finances from the actual sales of the record, it might mean something, but if it offers the material that I can go out and perform and make everyone enjoy themselves as much as I enjoyed myself making it, Ill be happy with it.”

Although Lil Wayne hinted that they were considering packaging his new upcoming “Rebirth” album, the follow-up to his “Tha Carter 3,” with the compilation from his Young Money label artists, “We Are Young Money,” sources at Universal Records have confirmed the albums will hit stores separate. Young Money consists of Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Mack Maine, Gudda Gudda, Tyga, Jae Millz, Shanell, Lil Chuckee, and Lil Twist and the new album will feature guest appearances by Gucci Mane, Lloyd, Pleasure P and Baby. Lil Wayne’s “Rebirth” album, once being considered Weezy’s “Rock” album, will have appearances from Fall Out Boy and even Lenny Kravitz. Both albums from Cash Money slash Young Money will have tough competition as they hit stores on the same day as Eminem’s upcoming re-release “Relapse: Refill” on December 21st.

Eminem will re-release his recent album with bonus tracks just in time for Christmas this year. On December 21st, “Relapse: Refill” will hit stores with seven bonus songs including the single “Forever”, also featuring Drake, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne (previously found on the More Than A Game soundtrack), “Taking My Ball” (also released only with the DJ Hero video game), and five never-before-heard tracks. ”I want to deliver more material for the fans this year like I originally planned” Eminem says. “Hopefully these tracks on The Refill will tide the fans over until we put out Relapse 2 next year”. Eminem has been busy in the studio creating even more new material since Relapse was released. “I got back in with Dre and then a few more producers, including Just Blaze, and went in a completely different direction which made me start from scratch. The new tracks started to sound very different than the tracks I originally intended to be on Relapse 2, but I still want the other stuff to be heard.”

Chris Brown won praise from a judge Thursday for keeping up with the terms of his punishment for beating Rihanna. “Excellent,” L.A. County Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg said when informed by Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos that the “Kiss Kiss” singer has completed 100 hours of his lengthy community labor requirement. ”It’s an extremely favorable progress report,” Schnegg said, referring to Brown’s formal probation update. She said Brown has attended seven of his 52 mandatory domestic violence counseling sessions, paid all his court fines and given a sample of his DNA. She ordered Brown back for another status report Feb. 18. Brown, 20, pleaded guilty in June to felony assault stemming from a February incident in which he beat, choked, bit and threatened to kill Rihanna after leaving a pre-Grammy Awards party in Los Angeles. He was sentenced to five years of probation and 180 days of community service, which he’s fulfilling near his home in Richmond, Va. Schnegg, who sentenced Brown in August, also ordered him to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna, 21, for the next five years. The judge allowed the out-of-state labor program after receiving assurances from Virginia officials that he’d be doing “hard” work. Richmond Police spokesman Gene Lepley has said Brown’s schedule is flexible and includes assignments like washing government cars, picking up trash and cleaning up graffiti. Brown tweeted about one of his work assignments in September and was photographed wearing work gloves and a fluorescent orange vest at a Richmond police-horse stable. After his sentence, Brown issued a video apology and launched a “Fan Appreciation” tour going on now.

50 Cent’s new, but highly delayed, “Before I Self Destruct” album is projected to sell between 150 and 160,000 copies in it’s first week according to HitsDailyDouble, not debuting number one. If these reports are correct, this album (50 Cent’s 4th solo effort) will be the lowest debuting week for the G-Unit general. 50 sold 872,000 of “Get Rich Or Die Tryin” in 02 while his last album “Curtis” pusheda round 695,000 units. With all the beef between 50 Cent and Rick Ross, keep in mind that officer Ricky had his “Deeper Than Rap” album debut number 1 selling 158,000 copies. After 50 Cent’s album leaked almost a month early on the internet, Interscope Records moved up the release date up from November 23rd to the 17th, the soonest the album could be printed up and shipped out (while keeping a one-week exclusive with iTunes that started on the 10th. According to reports, the album sold 46,000 copies through iTunes during the one-week prior to it’s real release.

 Well yesterday news and rumors started spreading that Eminem’s upcoming “Relapse 2″ album would be hitting stores in December and only include seven new songs. HitsDailyDouble reported that Eminem’s “Relapse: Refill” should hit stores on December 22nd and a deluxe version will include seven new tracks. Nothing has been confirmed as of now, stay tuned. In related news, D12 member and hit producer Mr Porter recently talked about working on the album with Eminem. “This will be the first time I’m producing songs for Em under me without D12,” he explained in an interview. “That’s big for me. I can’t let the cat out the bag yet, but one of the songs is told as if we were back in the day…The reason he’s good is not because being white worked to his advantage. It did a little at first, but all day everyday the kid is writing. I don’t know if Jay-Z is writing all day. He owns multi-million dollar businesses. Em writes all day. Jay probably comes up with lines [and] that make him one of the greatest. I’m fighting, because Just Blaze came in and kicked a**.”

Game recently talked about many things including his situation with 50 Cent, who seemed to be upset by him working with Dr Dre again. When asked if he thought 50 was jealous, Game said “50’s just bitter, man. For what reason? I don’t know. He doesn’t have to be. Me and his beef is old at this point. It’s pure comedy for me at this point. When he says something, I laugh. If I shoot a shot back it’s just a joke at this point. Nobody is going to kill each other. Nobody is gonna beat each other’s ass. I’m not gonna do none of that. So we might as well get along.” Game even went on to say he can’t wait to set things straight with Eminem so he could work with the Detroit rapper. “I can’t wait to mend the ties with Eminem. Me and Eminem had never been at odds but he had to take 50’s side. That’s his artist and his homie and what not, and I understood it but I’d love to get back with Eminem and work again and sort of restructure the Voltron if you will.”

As we previously reported, news recently broke that Alicia Keys and Jay-Z would team up again to do a part two of their “Empire State Of Mind” [watch here] track that was featured on Jigga’s “Blueprint 3″ album. Now the piano playing singer has debuted the song during a live performance this past week when she was featured on iHeartRadio. The song will be included on Alicia Keys’ upcoming December release “The Element Of Freedom” and feature a new verse from Jigga. The video for the first “Empire State of Mind” was directed by Hype Williams and Keys described it as a masterpiece. “The way it’s put together, it is so New York. You totally get it and understand it. It’s artistic. It’s hard. It’s beautiful. It’s, like, everything,” she said. “And definitely getting to be in the middle of Times Square on my piano [with] Jay, representing our home city, is a triumph. It was unbelievable.”

Damon Dash recently talked about his past financial problems that were in the media explaining that his accountant was to blame. The co-founding member of Roc-A-Fella first talked about working your way up in business. “The first thing you gotta kick when you’re an entrepreneur is your ego,” Dame explained in an interview. “You can’t look like you’re doing good all the time. You gotta struggle and I don’t mind grinding, I actually like it. I’m almost addicted to it.” Dash then talked about his past issues with taxes and money. “Even when the thing with all my taxes happened, I thought, you know I made a bunch of money and I thought my accountant paid my taxes instead he stole some money out my account and didn’t say nothing. I look at that as a learning experience, it just won’t happen again, you know what I mean? I don’t regret nothing, I got too many healthy kids. You know, I got four of ‘em so as long as they’re around and they’re cool, I’m good.”
